Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMANA) made a surprise at the New York Auto Show in 2016 with the launch of Mirage in the shape of the sedan was named G4. During this time, people are more familiar with Mirage as a hatchback vehicle.
"Several years ago, we entered into the segment subcompact Mirage hatchback. Its popularity from year to year is growing because the car is very economical and cost competitive. And Mirage G4 comes with the same value but in the form of a sedan. Mirage hatchback and now a sedan G4 will dealt a blow in the subcompact segment, "said Don Swearingen, MMNA executive vice president in his official statement.
Mirage G4 carries the heart of driving the same with the 2017 models hatchback variants of 1.2 liter, three-cylinder, which is claimed to have a high level of efficiency and more environmentally friendly. Components and other features are also still adopt from the hatchback version.
However, this car has a longer wheelbase so as to present a spacious cabin space and no additional luggage capacity behind.
G4 also connected with a smartphone, using either Apple or AndroidAuto CarPlay. This will allow users to get the car entertainment, road information, and more.
Unfortunately, Mitsubishi did not disclose how the tag G4. All new Mirage G4 itself will be marketed starting in spring 2016 in the US.
