Maruti Suzuki India is preparing the launch of the compact crossover S-Cross. Reportedly, August 5 later Suzuki S-Cross will launch in India.As reported Overdrive, Monday (27/07/2015) The long-awaited crossover will be sold through dealers new NEXA. The dealership sells only premium products from Suzuki.
S-Cross this second generation will come with two engine options are borrowed from Fiat.The first option is a 1.3-liter MultiJet engine capable of spraying up to 90 PS and 200 Nm of torque and the second engine is a 1.6-liter MultiJet can spewing power of 120 PS and 320 Nm of torque. Both engines are referred to as the Suzuki DDiS.
The engine is paired with a manual transmission 5 or 6 levels of acceleration. Suzuki claims, acceleration from 0-100 km / h takes only 13.2 seconds to lower the machine, while for higher specification only 11.3 seconds.Crossover is also claimed fuel economy. For the 1.3 liter DDiS engine, the fuel consumption of 23.65 km / liter while the 1.6-liter DDiS engine 22.7 km / liter.
The second engine comes with front-wheel drive configuration (FWD).
